Premade fan lash extensions are pre-bonded volume fans manufactured in a controlled factory environment. Each fan contains 3 to 10 fibers bonded at the base with a tiny dot of medical-grade adhesive. Lash artists pick the premade fan with tweezers, dip the bonded base into eyelash adhesive, and place the fan onto the isolated natural lash. The technique enables fast volume application even for artists without advanced fan-making skill.

Pointy base: fiber bases come to a fine point, minimal adhesive at the base. Heat-bonded: thermal bonding fuses the base into a small rounded knob. Pointy base attaches cleaner to the natural lash. Heat-bonded base is more durable for tray-to-tray handling.

Yes when applied correctly. Retention depends on adhesive bond at the natural-lash base, not on fan-making method. The factory-bonded base does not weaken the overall set retention.

Standard private label MOQ is 500 units per SKU. Custom fan configurations (non-standard fan counts or unusual length blends) require 1,000-unit MOQ due to specialized fan-building tooling.
Yes. The factory bonding uses medical-grade cyanoacrylate at extremely low dose per fan. Sensitive clients should still test with a patch trial — the eyelash adhesive used during application matters more than the fan-bonding adhesive.
