These terms govern every transaction between Prolash Beauty and our business buyers. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Prolash Beauty sells to businesses, not individual consumers. Our buyers include lash salons, beauty brand owners, importers, distributors, online sellers, and educators. Personal-use orders should source from a retailer.
Orders begin with an email inquiry to [email protected]. After we provide a quote and you confirm acceptance, we issue a Pro Forma Invoice. Your deposit payment triggers production scheduling. Your final balance payment triggers shipment release.
Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days from quote date. Pricing applies to the specific volume and packaging spec quoted — substantial changes require re-quoting.
Standard payment terms run 30 percent deposit by T/T bank wire and 70 percent before shipment. Established buyers above the third successful order qualify for net-30 terms.
We accept T/T, PayPal (sample orders only), and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
All prices in USD unless quoted otherwise. Bank transfer fees fall to the buyer.
Stock items match our published catalog specifications. OEM and custom orders match the approved Pre-Production Proof. Variations within ±5 percent on fiber count per tray and ±2mm on length distribution fall within standard manufacturing tolerance, not defect.
Default incoterm is FOB at the port of origin unless quoted otherwise. The buyer takes ownership at the named port. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the named delivery point per the chosen incoterm.
Delivery dates work as estimates based on standard production and transit times. Acts of nature, customs delays, and other events beyond our control may extend timelines.
Buyers should inspect every shipment within 7 working days of arrival. Report damage, shortages, or quality disputes by email with photos within this 7-day window.
After 7 days without report, we treat the shipment as accepted.
Prolash Beauty warrants that products meet the specifications agreed in the order. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Misuse, improper storage, or application by untrained artists void the warranty.
Prolash Beauty's total liability for any order does not exceed the purchase price of that order. We carry no liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or third-party claims.
Buyers retain ownership of their brand assets, custom packaging artwork, and OEM spec sheets. Prolash Beauty retains ownership of production processes, generic product designs, and stock catalog materials.
Buyers placing private label or OEM orders represent that they own or are licensed to use any trademarks, copyrights, and brand assets supplied to us. See our Intellectual Property Notice for details.
Neither party carries liability for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, port closures, and supply chain disruptions.
Chinese law governs these terms. Good-faith negotiation between the parties resolves disputes. Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued ordering after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
